Deliveries and Returns
At Rosewood and Blossom the aim is to despatch orders within 2 -3 full working days from receipt of order.
Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the goods or to leave delivery instructions at the checkout.
Incomplete, Incorrect or Damaged items.
In the unlikely event any of the above please contact me within 48hrs of receipt, when we will endeavour to resolve the problem speedlay to your satisfaction.
If this should happen, please forward photographs as applicable.
Please advise as soon as possible, including your order and tracking numbers. if you have not received your goods with in the specified time having checked the tracking.
Returns and Refunds
At Rosewood and Blossom we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, however if you are unhappy, please let us know upon receipt of your items. Please advise within 48 hours.
We will gladly accept undamaged or unused purchases in original condition but unfortunately you would be responsible for the return postage which must be trackable.
